Filling out the Application
Please note that the application can only be filled out using Adobe Reader. This software is free. Please click here to download the program if you do not already have it.
To begin, simply save the appropriate application file (Sponsor or Site) to your computer. Be sure that when you open the application it is opening in Adobe Reader. If not, open Adobe first and then open the application by selecting “File” and “Open” on the toolbar in Adobe. Don’t worry if you can’t complete the application in one sitting; you can save it, and come back and finish it later.
If your computer does not have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat, you may receive an error message when you open up the application file. If you receive this error message, simply click “OK” to close the error message, and fill out the application as before. You do not have to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat to continue.
Submitting the Application
When you have completed the application, save it to your computer and then attach the application, along with the completed Site and Budget Tracking Sheet, to an email message, enter the name of your organization in the subject line, and email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
